I am writing this review based on my experience during an implant consultation (including a CT scan). I paid an initial fee of $180 for the visit. The actual consultation was very brief; the doctor simply confirmed my condition was suitable for an implant without providing much detailed information or discussion. I ultimately decided not to proceed with the implant surgery at this practice. The major issue arose months later when I received an unexpected bill for an additional $329. I was informed that the office had not secured payment from my insurance and that I was required to call my insurance provider to sort out the reimbursement. This was an incredibly frustrating and cumbersome process that I believe the provider should have handled professionally. After taking time to manage the claim myself, I eventually received a check for $237 from my insurance. I then paid the outstanding $329 to the office. My total out-of-pocket cost for this initial, minimal consultation and CT scan ended up being $272. Dr. Guo extracted my son's wisdom teeth. The procedure went well. The recovery instructions were clear. My son had no complications. I highly recommend Dr. Guo if you need a similar procedure.

Had an outstanding experience. Dr. Guo Was amazing and took the time to answer all my questions and explain to me what needs to be done as I was nervous. The procedure went smooth and perfect. I totally recommend him for tooth extraction/work.

The staff here was really nice and helpful. I came in with emergency dental pain and they were able to see me right away. From start to finish the process was very smooth. Dr. Guo was very understanding of my situation and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my entire procedure. After my tooth extraction I felt minimal to no pain! I was healed in only a few days. I will DEFINITELY return here once it's time to remove my wisdom teeth.

Dr. Guo was recommended by our family dentist for my sister's wisdom teeth surgery, and we went back for mine. He gave us timely advice, not to mention his light manner made the whole thing much less stressful (my sister had an infection). The staff was also very friendly, which definitely helped put my nerves at ease. My recovery has been great, no problems. Overall a great experience!
